Email Subscription Privacy

What you are signing up for

Subscribe to receive HEROCOS emails about cosplay costumes, new arrivals and Cosplay Guides. Subscription is optional and is not required to place an order. We ask you to confirm your email address before adding you to the confirmed mailing list.

What we record

We store your email address, subscription and confirmation status, relevant timestamps and the page or form used to subscribe. Subscription activity records help us manage consent and unsubscribe requests. Network information may be processed for spam prevention; the stored subscriber IP address is anonymised. A subscription cookie may be used to recognise you when confirming or managing your subscription.

How your information is used

The mailing list is managed on the HEROCOS website. Subscription emails are sent through our existing Zoho mail service. Email open and click tracking is disabled in this subscription setup. We use the subscription information to deliver the emails you requested and manage your preferences.

Unsubscribe or request deletion

You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. Your address is then marked as unsubscribed so it is excluded from future campaigns. Subscription and unsubscribe records may remain to maintain your preference. To request access, correction or deletion of your subscription data, contact info@herocos.com.
