Where we ship

Orders ship from China. We currently offer shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, European Union countries, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea and Singapore. Checkout confirms the available options for your destination.

Shipping options

Free shipping is available for supported destinations. You can also choose FedEx at checkout: $30 for the first 0.5 kg and $10 for each additional started 0.5 kg. For example, 1 kg costs $40 and 1.5 kg costs $50. Prices are in US dollars.

Your shipping charge is shown before you place the order.

Preparation and transit

Standard clothing preparation is normally 3–5 working days. Custom clothing preparation is approximately 15 working days once order details and any required measurements or specifications are confirmed. These are preparation times; transport is additional. Ask us to confirm the schedule for a particular accessory or unusual custom project.

Preparing your items and transporting the parcel are separate stages. Timing depends on the selected costume, options and destination. Before ordering for a convention or event, contact us with your product link and event date to confirm timing.

The Requested delivery date field records your preference, not a guaranteed arrival date. If dispatch is delayed beyond an agreed or legally applicable time, we will explain the delay and offer the cancellation or refund choices required by applicable law.
