Reviewing your order

Before submitting an order, review the product, size, style or set, quantity, contact details, delivery address and final total. You can correct these in the shopping bag and checkout. Keep your order number; use Order status or contact us for help.

Your order record identifies the items and options submitted. If an item cannot be supplied or a material listing error affects the order, we will contact you about the issue and available options. We will not substitute a different item or increase an agreed price without your agreement. Money due back for an unfulfilled order will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Products, sizes and set contents

Costumes and accessories are supplied in the option selected on the product page. Size labels vary between designs and are not a universal US, UK or EU sizing standard. Use the measurements available for the specific item, and ask us before ordering if information is missing or unclear. A general supplier size reference is not verification of every finished costume.

The selected option and its listed contents define the set you are buying. A wig, shoe, prop or other accessory shown in a styled photograph is included only when the selected option says so. Screen appearance can affect colour, but this does not excuse a materially different or misdescribed item.

Custom sizes and design enquiries

When choosing Customized Size, enter the required body measurements, select the correct unit and check the entries before adding the item to your bag. The measurements are saved with that item and its order. Each quantity of the same cart item uses those measurements; add another item separately for a different person.

A custom-design enquiry is a request for review, not a guaranteed quotation, accepted production order or delivery promise. Scope, references, specifications, price and timing must be agreed before production. Supply only reference materials you are entitled to share. Changes after agreement may affect feasibility, price or timing and must be confirmed with you.

Once custom production has been arranged and work or materials committed, free discretionary cancellation is not available. A requested cancellation at that stage may carry a charge of up to 50% of the affected custom item’s price, limited by applicable law and the reasonable, demonstrable loss directly caused by cancellation. This does not restrict remedies for our breach or your mandatory rights. Read the details in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Prices, payment and international charges

Store prices are in US dollars unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Review item prices, any discount, delivery charges and the final total before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion charges.

International shipments can be subject to destination-specific customs procedures and charges. Before ordering, contact us to confirm what is included for your destination and whether a customs authority or carrier may collect anything separately. We do not treat a product-page price as permission to add undisclosed charges later.

Preparation and delivery

Orders ship from China. Standard clothing preparation is normally 3–5 working days. Custom clothing preparation is approximately 15 working days once the order details and any required measurements or specifications have been confirmed. These are preparation times, not total delivery times. Ask us to confirm the schedule for a particular accessory or unusual custom project.

Transport time is additional and depends on the destination, selected service and customs process. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Read Shipping & delivery and contact us before buying for a fixed event date.

The optional Requested delivery date field records your preference. Its earliest selectable date is calculated as 10 weekdays after the order date using the store’s China-time calculation, without a public-holiday calendar. Selecting a date does not guarantee arrival by that date or replace the preparation and transit schedule agreed for the order.

If dispatch cannot meet the agreed or legally applicable time, we will explain the delay and offer the cancellation or refund choices required by applicable law. If a parcel is missing or arrives damaged, contact info@herocos.com with the order number so that we can investigate and explain the appropriate remedy.

Returns, exchanges and faulty goods

Please report a sizing discrepancy or quality problem within 7 calendar days after delivery so that we can handle it promptly. HEROCOS covers the necessary return or exchange shipping for a confirmed issue attributable to us. The reporting window does not remove a longer statutory right to a remedy.

For an agreed personal-reason return or exchange, the customer is normally responsible for return and replacement shipping and the original outbound charge, subject to any mandatory refund of standard delivery or other legal protection. Applicable EU and UK cancellation rights are not reduced to 7 days. See our Refund and Returns Policy for the full process and custom-item rules.

Accounts, privacy and contact

Keep account credentials private and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. Provide accurate contact and delivery information. Marketing subscriptions are optional and separate from order communications. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is used and the choices available to you.

For questions or complaints, email info@herocos.com with your order number and a description of the concern. We will review it and explain the next steps. Nothing in these terms restricts consumer protections or court rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country.

We may update these terms for future orders and display the date above. A later website change does not by itself alter the terms agreed for an existing purchase.
