Group Cosplay Orders: A Shared Checklist for Separate Purchases
Coordinate costume choices, individual fit questions and event timing without assuming every order follows the same schedule.

A group cosplay can involve several people buying different costumes, sizes and accessories on different days. The useful shared document is a short record of who is handling each outfit and what still needs an answer. It should help everyone coordinate without turning one person’s size choice or delivery estimate into a rule for the whole group.
Agree on a brief that allows separate purchases
Write down the event date, the planned photo session and the theme. Decide whether you want a shared series, a specific scene or original interpretations. Then let each participant record their own character and clothing reference. If someone changes their outfit, update the shared note before others buy items intended to coordinate with it.
For example, someone planning a Genshin Impact group could save the HEROCOS Lynette costume listing as their own clothing candidate and share the Genshin Impact collection with friends. Being in the same collection does not establish identical sizing, matching fabrics or a coordinated delivery date.
Use five fields for each participant
- Outfit: the character or concept, reference and product link.
- Selection: the clothing option being considered, with accessories listed separately.
- Owner: who is choosing and ordering the item.
- Open question: the specific fit, contents or timing detail that still needs confirmation.
- Stage: considering, details confirmed, ordered, dispatched or received and checked.
Keep “ordered” and “received and checked” as different stages. A purchase confirmation tells the group that an order was placed; it does not show that the costume has arrived or that all its parts have been checked. Update the relevant line when the stage changes instead of relying on scattered chat messages.
Let each wearer confirm their own fit
One person’s size selection is not a shortcut for another person’s order, even when both people are shopping from the same store. Each wearer should review the reference for their exact costume and resolve unclear measurements before ordering. The measurement guide can help with that separate task.
The shared plan can simply say “fit question pending” or “size confirmed by wearer.” Keep body measurements, delivery addresses and order details in the private conversation where they are needed. There is no need to post everyone’s measurements in a group planning sheet.
Work backwards from the date you need the clothing
Record both the event date and the earlier date when you would like the costume available for a try-on. If you will travel before the event, use your departure date in the enquiry too. Ask about the actual product, selected option and destination before treating a schedule as workable.
HEROCOS’s shipping and delivery page separates preparation from transport. Its current guidance is normally 3–5 working days for standard clothing preparation and approximately 15 working days for custom clothing once the required details are confirmed; transit is additional. These figures are not total arrival times. The requested delivery date records a preference and does not guarantee arrival.
Do not assume that orders placed together will arrive together, or that choosing a faster shipping service removes preparation time. If the plan depends on a shared deadline, ask about each costume and decide what the group will do if one participant needs a simpler backup outfit.
Give shared accessories a named owner
A sign, bag or other shared detail only needs one person responsible for bringing it. Mark who owns it, who will transport it and whether someone else needs to use it during the photo session. Check the selected costume contents first so the group does not buy duplicate pieces by accident.
Before ordering, each person should be able to state their chosen clothing, unresolved questions and timing requirements. Use HEROCOS product help for a specific enquiry, then update the shared plan with the answer that affects the group. The goal is a coordinated day with room for individual fit and practical choices.
